Olá Açores!

From 17 April to 18 July 2026, TheTrashTraveler will walk more than 1000 km along the coastlines of the Azores, crossing all nine islands from Santa Maria to Corvo.

This is the final chapter of a journey that has already covered mainland Portugal (1152 km, 2020) and Madeira and Porto Santo (280 km, 2023), completing more than 2400 km walked along Portuguese coasts.

This project is not about distance.
It is about learning from ocean communities.

What happens along the way
