How:
– Collect trash
– Create a 2D art piece on the ground (ONLY 2 dimensional on the ground is accepted)
– Take a nice photo
– Share on social media & tag @TheTrashTraveler
– Upload on our Google Forms (ENTRIES NOW CLOSED – STAY TUNED FOR THE 3rd EDITION 2025 September 2025)
– In the end: Reuse or repurpose trash. Recycle what’s possible and descard it properly.
Note: You can hand in several pieces to add more chances. However, only the one with the most public votes goes into the final selection. In the final selection will be 20 different people or groups and no duplicates to make it more fun and engaging.

Details:
Everyone is invited to clean wherever they are, it doesn’t matter if it is a beach, river, city or on a mountain as part of World Clean Up Day. Cleaning the world is not possible, if we do not tackle root causes such as more awareness about littering or single use packaging. Therefore, we clean to raise awareness after The Trash Traveler moto “with fun and creativity” and emphasize the need for reusing and refilling what we already own.
Disclaimer: Everyone is winner! We do not host this challenge to compete, but to bring more importance to raising awareness as a collective. Everyone’s a winner for the ocean and, fortunately, art is subjective!
The MOST important reward will be more awareness for the OCEAN!
